Warmerwall

Give your home a warm touch with Warmerwall, Rentokil’s anti-condensation coating.

Warmerwall anti-condensation coating combats condensation by reflecting heat back in the direction it came from. Not only does this help control condensation, it also reduces the amount of heat lost through interior walls. Warmerwall benefits include:

  • Reducing the formation of water droplets
  • Inhibit the growth of mould and fungi
  • Saving on energy bills
  • Reducing carbon footprint

FAQ

  • What Colour Is Warmerwall Coating?

White is the only colour available

  • Can I Paint Over Warmerwall?

Yes, you are able to paint over Warmerwall in any colour you wish without it affecting the thermal benefits of the anti-condensation coating.

  • How Does It Save Energy?

As newly applied paint dries micro-cracks begin to form leaving the paint vulnerable to water molecules forming within. A large amount of energy is needed to heat up a humid room and to evaporate the build-up of water.

Warmerwall anti-condensation coating has lower shrinkage properties (the reduction in volume due to loss of moisture by evaporation) in comparison to conventional emulsions. This helps create a smoother surface thus preventing micro cracks from forming. Learn more »

  • How Can I Tell If I Need Warmerwall?

Cold surfaces such as walls and windows provide an ideal surface for water vapour from moisture-laden air to condense onto. Water droplets are often easy to spot giving you a clear sign of a condensation problem.

The ability for more permeable surfaces such as wallpaper, plasterboard and fabrics (curtains & bed linen) to absorb water can make it harder to spot condensation. Continuous and chronic condensation can cause problems such as discolouration, staining, peeling of wallpaper, blistering of paint and mould growth.

We Are Here To Help

No matter the age of your property, condensation, mould and fungal growth can become an issue if not properly protected against; therefore our experts are trained to identify the signs of these issues as early as possible.

Our friendly Property Care experts will conduct a thorough survey before determining the best solution for your condensation problem, which may include the application of Warmerwall or installation of fans or anti-condensation units.
