Several weeks before your policy is due for renewal we will write to you to let you know details of the next years premium and how to renew. For direct debit customers, there is no need to do anything as the policy will be renewed automatically. If you would like to set up a direct debit to renew your policy automatically, please download the Direct Debit Instruction using your policy number as the Reference.
If you’re considering selling your property, you have a positive advantage when dealing with a potential buyer by being a policy holder. The insurance policy will give you and your buyer peace of mind that any problems which come up during a pre-purchasing survey are covered by the policy as we are able to transfer this policy over to the new owner, free of charge.
