Rentokil team wins Excellence Award

Rentokil has always worked in collaboration with its customers to deliver the most effective solutions to pest control.The latest example of a successful working partnership is with the pest control department of Leeds City Council. Working together as a co-ordinated team the Rentokil and Leeds City Council personnel provide the residents of Leeds with quick and effective reactive pest control. The success of this professional partnership has lead to an Excellence Award for Service Team of the Year, as part of the City Council's Awards for Excellence 2009 campaign. The award recognised the outstanding achievements of both Rentokil and council staff, working together to greatly improve the standards of pest control in the City.
Rentokil's work with Leeds City Council pest control department involved the use of a new interactive online IT system. This allows residents' requests for help with pest problems to be filtered quickly and efficiently to the most appropriate pest controller to resolve the problem. This effective collaboration continues to give the people of Leeds peace of mind as their pest issues are solved quickly and efficiently, with the minimum of fuss.
