If you sell your property within the period of cover, we will transfer the benefits of the policy to the new owner, free of charge.

Once you know the completion of sale date, please call us on 01342 332 560. It would be helpful if you are able to provide the name of the new owner too so that we can complete the transfer of the policy into their name.
