Policy Renewal

How do I renew my policy?

We will write to you several weeks before your policy renewal date to let you know how much the next year’s premium will be.

For Direct Debit customers there is no need to do anything as the policy will be renewed automatically via your annual Direct Debit.

  • If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card call our free phone number 0800 592 575.
  • For Internet banking or BACS payments our bank details are provided with your renewal invitation.
  • For payment by cheque or postal order, please complete the renewal form and post it with your payment using the prepaid envelope provided. Please always write your policy number on the back of the cheque or postal order.
  • If you would like to set up a Direct Debit to renew your policy automatically please click here to download the Direct Debit Instruction. The "Reference" will be your policy number.

What happens if I forget to renew my policy?

If you forget to renew your policy by the renewal date, it may still be possible for us to reinstate the cover for you. Please telephone our renewals team on 0800 592 575 to discuss this.
