This survey will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues and a quote for any treatment required. During this visit the surveyor is also able to provide you with an appropriate insurance quote based on factors such as the age, size and construction of your property

How Do I Renew My Policy ?
Several weeks before your policy is due for renewal we will write to you to let you know details of the next years premium and how to renew. For direct debit customers, there is no need to do anything as the policy will be renewed automatically. If you would like to set up a direct debit to renew your policy automatically, please download the Direct Debit Instruction using your policy number as the Reference.
Moving Home
If you’re considering selling your property, you have a positive advantage when dealing with a potential buyer by being a policy holder. The insurance policy will give you and your buyer peace of mind that any problems which come up during a pre-purchasing survey are covered by the policy as we are able to transfer this policy over to the new owner, free of charge. As an existing Rentokil policy holder we also provide a free of charge pre-purchase survey on your possible new property to determine if there are any potential problems with damp, rot, woodworm or cavity wall tie corrosion.
Making a Claim
If you think you have discovered an insured problem in your property, please call us to discuss and to arrange an appointment for a claims assessor to come and inspect your property for any potential issues. Remember all inspections and call out charges are covered by the policy and you do not have to pay any excess.
