The North Wales branch of Rentokil Pest Control has over 145 years of collective pest control experience. In that time we have built up very close working relationships with local councils, hospitals, housing associations and many local and national manufacturing and retail companies with household names who trust Rentokil to protect their businesses and their reputation. We pride ourselves on exceeding our client’s expectations and on making sure that our clients receive the best advice in the business.

We have nine local technicians and a team leader, all of whom are multi-skilled in the delivery of pest control advice and services and work with our local field biologist to ensure we continue to be the experts in our field.

We frequently have to deal with the weird and wonderful side of the pest control business from tropical spiders imported with bananas, to mink and parrots.

All of our representatives live locally and several are fluent in Welsh.

Our team members have wide experience across many areas of pest control and prevention, many are skilled in the installation of pest Bird Deterrent systems and we have a specific team members trained to use our heat treatment methods for the control of pests such as bed bugs and insect pests in fabrics or textiles and stored products. All these insects can potentially be found in domestic and commercial properties. We also have two fumigation technicians who are training to be able to offer in-house fumigation solutions without the need of regional assistance. We have a hawking specialist technician who offers specialist bird control and deterrent solutions using birds of prey.

Throughout our region we have the full range of pest issues as you would expect from the inner city, coastal and rural locations. We deal with all of the common pest species on a very regular basis across the whole area as well as the additional vertebrate pests such as foxes, rabbits, squirrels and moles. We deal with every pest species on an hour by hour, daily, weekly or seasonal basis as we have a wide range of locations, types of property and businesses across our area.
