Our award winning #pestaurant is set to return to One New Change in London on Thursday 21st August 2014, promising a culinary experience like no other.
We shall be celebrating our pest control heritage by serving an array of edible insects including: mexican spiced mealworms, plain roasted locusts scorpion lollipops and chocolate covered mixed bugs along with sweet chilli pigeon burger tasters – straight of the BBQ.
Also up for grabs will be a limited number of Early Bird Breakfast Pies which include a special ingredient bamboo worms. This recipe was especially created by former Great British Bake Off contestant Ruth Clemens as part of our ‘Pestaurant Bug Off competition’. Free Recipe leaflets to inspire you will be available on the day for Ruth Clemens’ Early Bird Breakfast Pie as well as Glenn Cosby’s Chocolate Cupcakes with Cricket & Peanut Brittle and Holly Bell’s Black Forest Floor Brownie.
You can also view all the ‘Pestaurant Bug Off competition’ recipe videos on the Rentokil Pest Control youtube channel. Why not tweet us a photo of your own insect inspired bake using @RentokilUK #pestaurant or on Instagram at Rentokil_UK.
The food is FREE and a number of Rentokil experts will be on hand to discuss the food being served, answer any pest questions from members of the public and pass on their top tips for avoiding pest problems.

It’s worth remembering that pests can be a problem for anyone, and can affect both commercial and residential properties. Pests are just looking for food and shelter. They are not choosy when it comes to setting-up home, and even the cleanest of properties can become a target, if pests can find a way in!
