Rentokil Initial UK Limited does not own or operate any Terminix vehicles in the UK. Although Terminix US is now part of Rentokil Intial plc, the UK arm of the Terminix business is operated by Vergo Pest Management, who are yet to re-brand all of their vehicles.

Rentokil Initial plc has completed the acquisition of Terminix Global Holdings Inc. (the "Transaction").
