Pestaurant started the year, bright and breezy by supporting Brunel University's 'Green Week' to introduce students to the delights of Entomophagy. It then made a welcome return visit to the Didsbury Open Gardens in June bringing along our Rentokil specialist bird team who delighted the crowds flying their hawks and falcons. These birds of prey are used as natural deterrents for problem birds such as gulls and pigeons, which can cause issues with fouling and roosting on venues such as stadiums, ports and retail parks. Pestaurant then took the New Scientist Live event at ExCeL London by storm, getting visitors to try Entomophagy (eating insects) for themselves.
Pestaurant continues to support of our chosen charity Malaria No More UK and their 'Miles for Malaria' fundraising campaign.
As a National company, with locally based teams, we continue to take our award winning Pestaurant on tour to a number of towns and cities throughout the UK.
Following numerous appearances across the UK in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, we will be bringing pestaurant to even more UK locations throughout 2018.
