Leave a Google Review

If you are happy to provide feedback on our services, good or bad, we’d like to hear from you. We will use your feedback to improve our customer experience in the future.

At Rentokil, we use customer feedback to ensure we are making improvements to our service, our delivery and our processes. We understand that we don't always get it right, and we have put processes and structure in place to follow this up with our customer directly.  But we also know we have a team of highly qualified individuals that are working hard to deliver you the best possible customer service across the UK every single day, from our front line colleagues to the call centre team, from finance to our drivers.  We ensure we respond to every customer testimonial, good or bad and follow up with actions where and when this is required.

You will need a Google Account to be able to leave a Google review, but you can easily create one with your own email address.

Using the 'Leave us a Google Review!' postcode search box - if you have a Google Account:

1. Simply type your postcode into the white 'postcode' box, in the red box above.
2. Then click on the white arrow (in grey box) to the right of your postcode (or simple press 'return').
3. A grey box will appear further down, with the message LEAVE US A GOOGLE REVIEW.
4. Click on this grey box and it will take you directly to your local Rentokil Pest Control Google Maps page. Here you'll need to login to your Google Account (if you're not already logged in) before leaving your star rating and review of the pest control service provided by our colleagues. 

Using the 'Leave us a Gogle Review!' postcode search box - if you DO NOT have a Google Account:

The intial steps are exactly the same to reach your local Rentokil Pest Control Google Maps page.

1. Simply type your postcode into the white 'postcode' box, in the red box.
2. Then click on the white arrow (in grey box) to the right of your postcode (or simple press 'return').
3. A grey box will appear further down, with the message 'LEAVE US A GOOGLE REVIEW'.
4. Click on this grey box to take you directly to your local Rentokil Pest Control Google Maps page.
5. Here you will need to create a Google Account, by clicking on 'create an account' and follow the steps shown by Google.
6. Once you've created a Google Account and logged in, you can choose a star rating and leave your review of the pest control service being provided by our colleagues.

Helping Others - Perhaps the most important reason to review the services provided by a company is to help other consumers make an informed decision. By providing your personal feedback on the quality of service you've received, you can help other people decide if the services provided by a company will be right for them.
