Every industry is governed by its own set of health, safety and hygiene legislation and regulations as well as quality management and environmental controls and Pest Control is no exception to this. Our technicians and surveyors carry out procedures to the highest standards.

These values are not only a way of life for us, they bring benefits to our customers as well. Pest risks and associated disease risks are mitigated, potentially dangerous damage to buildings and electrical wiring from rodents is reduced and problems with product contamination are removed.

Sustainability Certifications

We strive to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible through our digital technologies and innovations in pest control. This is something as an industry leading business we take very seriously, continually developing new pest control solutions, that are effective and efficient whilst attempting to reduce our environmental footprint and improve our sustainability.

Our Plant Mark certification relates to a 62% sustained reduction in carbon emissions through our Lumnia LED Fly Control range.

All of our Lumnia LED flying insects control units also have HACCP food safe certification.

Digital Pest Control Certification

myRentokil and PestConnect have been certified to ISO 27001. The international standard for Information Security Management. This important achievement independantly assures customers that their PestConnect and myRentokil data will be secure. Rentokil will be audited by the accreditation body on a yearly basis to ensure adherence to the standard and to retain the certification.

Quality & Environment Certificates

Rentokil Pest Control UK division is registered to the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Standard for the whole of the UK Pest Control operations. Please find our certificates below as a downloadable pdfs.

We hold a Certificate of Registration under the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 from the Environment Agency.
