The use of thermal imaging surveys allow Rentokil technicians to target treatments to specific areas of your premises, resulting in quicker pest eradication and reducing the overall use of pesticides.

Thermal imaging is suitable for a range of applications including:

• These areas are then further investigated by highly trained technicians as different heat signatures suggest potential pest problems.

The images shown above were generated by a thermal imaging survey. The lighter area of the image indicates heat generated by a mouse in pitch darkness – this rodent would not have been visible to the naked eye.

Once the pest harbourage has been located by thermal imaging, pest are identified and Rentokil technicians then advise on a targeted treatment plan confined to the specific locations of infestation.
