Glasgow is well known for its culture and style, and attracts a constant flow of tourists due to this. Sustaining these visitors are an array of hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and takeaways. These eateries across a compact and densely populated city give scavenging pests like rats, mice and pigeons plenty of scraps to survive on. Glasgow’s tourists staying in hotels across the city give the bed bug population the opportunity to grow and thrive, offering safety and transportation to enable further infestations.
